This Privacy Policy sets out how I look after the data which you give to me.

For my guests, this Privacy Policy explains what information I collect and hold when you make an enquiry or a booking

Making an enquiry about a stay

I need to collect details from you in order to answer your enquiry about a stay here at Howe Foot. The information that I need to hold is likely to include your name, contact details, information about your enquiry and/or booking and any additional information I may need to help meet your specific needs.

Making a Booking

I need to collect details from you in order to make a booking in one of my Holiday Cottages

The information that I need to hold is your name, your Parner's name, your address, contact number(to include a mobile number that you will be travelling with) an email address and any additional information that I may need to help meet your specific requirements.

In order to fullfill your booking I will need payment details. Payment is by bacs or by the way of a cheque, which you will need to post to Howe Foot.

Guest comments are collected in a Visitors Book, but you are in control of the information which you wish to provide. No further personal information will be entered or added to my guests comments.

Consent & Contract

Where you give your consent for me to hold and process your data (either by making an enquiry or booking with me) then you only need to contact me to inform me to ask me to delete (to the extent possible) all your personal data (unless I am required by law to keep specific details).

Please note that where you make a booking to stay at one of our cottages, then I need to retain your information in order to process your booking and as such I won't be able to delete your personal information until after your stay.
